By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the following terms and conditions set forth by Farm & Forest Resort, Shivapuri, Nuwakot, Nepal.

  Pool & Activity Safety. Use of the natural spring pool, waterfall area, forest trails, and all recreational facilities is entirely at the guest's own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times near water. Farm & Forest Resort shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, or loss arising from the use of these facilities.

  Property Damage Liability. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property, furniture, fixtures, equipment, or landscaping during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the responsible guest prior to check-out.

  Outside Food & Beverage Policy. Outside food & alcohol — Rs. 500 per person fee applies. Celebration cakes exempt with prior notice.

  Quiet Hours Policy. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests are expected to maintain appropriate noise levels at all times and be considerate of fellow guests and staff. Loud music, gatherings, or disruptive behaviour during quiet hours is not permitted.

  Guest Conduct & Right to Remove. Farm & Forest Resort reserves the right to remove any guest from the property — without refund — if the guest is found to be engaged in misconduct, harassment, or behaviour that is disrespectful, threatening, or harmful toward other guests, staff, or property. The management's decision in such matters is final.

  Check-In / Check-Out. Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Early check-in is subject to room availability.

  Valuables & Personal Belongings. The resort is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or valuables. Guests are advised to keep their valuables secured at all times.

  Cancellation & Payment Policy. Bookings made for Friday & Saturday are non-refundable and incur 100% of the booking amount. The agreed price and full amount is payable regardless of any reduction in the number of persons.
